Why doesn‘t the GOAT return to the base station in rainy days? Is the rain sensor broken?

(1) Please check whether the rain function is turned off in the mobile APP first
(2) After the GOAT is used for a period of time, dust may adhere to the rain sensor. Please clean the surface of the sensor and clean it regularly.

If the possible reasons above are ruled out and the problem still persists, please contact ECOVACS Customer Care.
