Why the GOAT cannot be connected to the network?

(1) Check whether the Wi-Fi icon on the GOAT display is lit up to ensure the signal avilable. If not, it means the GOAT is disconnected from the router. If the Wi-Fi icon on the GOAT display is lit up, the router may be malfunctioning.
(2) During the network configuration process, you must press and hold the "CHARGING" button on the GOAT's display screen. Wait for the countdown on the screen to finish before proceeding with the network configuration.
