Delivery Time
We'll process your order in 1-3 business days (for goods in stock). For pre-sale products, please refer to the specific information provided on the product page. Transportation period is 2-5 working days, which may be extended during peak sales period. You will receive confirmation by email once your delivery is dispatched which will include the tracking number.
Tip: Due to Christmas Holiday, there may be a 1-2 days delay in delivery between Dec.22-Dec.26.

Orders placed over the weekend will be scheduled for immediate shipment on Monday, and your patience will be greatly appreciated. For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number on the website. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order is dispatched which will include the logistic and tracking number of your order.

Typically, merchandise will be received within 2-5 days after being shipped. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our delivery services may also implement measures to minimize the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, this may result in the potential for delays of deliveries.

Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over GBP39. If order amount is less than GBP39, we will charge a shipping fee of GBP2.73 per package (including 20% VAT already).

We ship to most places in United Kingdom territory, but the following places cannot be delivered. Please put the completely shipping address to make sure that your order can be delivered successfully.
