WINBOT Not Spraying Water?
Updated on 2026/01/22
Reminder: If your WINBOT is not spraying water, be aware of these conditions where spraying does not occur:
1. No spraying during edge cleaning;
2. No spraying on small windows (width < 40cm);
3. No spraying when returning to initial point;
4. No spraying during omnidirectional remote control (manual spray available);
5. Spraying disabled in App settings.
If spraying still fails:
1. Check the water tank level. Refill if you hear 'Low water level';
2. Clean the spray nozzle with a clean, damp cloth to avoid blockage;
3. In the ECOVACS HOME App, ensure 'Auto Spray' is turned on;
4. If still not working, tap 'Front Spray' or 'Rear Spray' in the solution options and observe the result.
5.If spraying works normally, restart Winbot and observe its operation. If it still fails to spray, please contact after‑sales support for further assistance.
