1.Turn the winbot over, open the App, go to Settings, and select Clean Driving Treads. At the same time, wipe any dirt or oil stains from the surface of the driving treads with a clean cloth.
2.Confirm whether the bumper protector strip has been removed. If not, remove it and try again.
3.Check whether the wiping pad is too wet. If it is oversaturated, replace it with another wiping pad before continuing.
4.If the glass surface is relatively damp, wipe a section with a clean cloth before attaching Winbot to attempt cleaning.
Tips:
To avoid water stains forming on the glass surface, which may cause the robot to slip, do not use Winbot when ambient humidity is high—for example, during rainy or humid weather.
