Alert: "Wiping Pad Cleaning Abnormal"

1.Press the [Open Cleaning Compartment] button on the station to open the cleaning compartment.
2.Check whether any foreign objects are tangled around the 4 washing brush plates If found, remove the plates, clean them thoroughly, and also wipe the bearings clean.
3.After cleaning, align each plate precisely with its bearing, then press down firmly until you hear a "click", indicating the plate is properly installed.
4.Inspect the inside of the cleaning compartment for any blockages and remove them if present.
5.Take out the wiping pad, reinstall it, and ensure it is securely in place.
6.After completing the steps above, close the compartment door, restart the cleaning cycle, and observe the operation.
