What should I do if WINBOT W2 slips?

Slight slippage is normal and does not affect the normal operation.
You can also try the following:
1. Turn over the WINBOT W2 and use a clean cloth to wipe the dirt or stains on the driving threads.
2. If the surface is too moist, please use a clean cloth to wipe an area before attaching the WINBOT W2.
3. Please do not use the WINBOT W2 on humid days, such as on rainy days to avoid slipping.
