Step 1: Remove the WINBOT W2 from the window
Use the ECOVACS HOME App to control and guide the WINBOT W2 to a position where it can be manually taken down. Attach the WINBOT W2 to the surface again to start working. If you are using the WINBOT W2 without having connected to the App, you can connect it via the following:
1) It's recommended to use the ECOVACS HOME App to scan the QR code directly on the WINBOT W2 and follow the connection instructions in the App.
2) You can also add the robot manually in the App and select the model accordingly to complete the connection.
Step 2: Check the WINBOT W2 and the surface
1. Check whether the wiping pad is properly attached, with the wide and narrow sides in the correct position.
2. Check whether there are any gaps on the window. Do not use WINBOT W2 on surfaces with gaps, as they may lead to insufficient air pressure or fails.
3. Check whether there are low obstacles on the window.
