A voice reminder says that please keep WINBOT W2 away from window edges and attach it to the surface again.
Updated on 2024/02/19
When attaching WINBOT W2 to the surface, if the WINBOT W2 is too close to the edges, it may not be able to smoothly complete the frame detection and will give a voice reminder. Please try the following steps:
1. Press and hold the start/pause button for 2 seconds, then hold the handle and remove the WINBOT W2 from the window.
2. Turn it over and check if the four spherical sensors can bounce back properly. Clean any dirt or debris in time to maintain their sensitivity.
3. After checking that, press and hold the start/pause button for 2 seconds to start the fan. Once the robot is successfully attached to the window, it will begin to work.
Note: It is recommended to place the WINBOT W2 at a distance of >10cm from the surface edges.
