A voice reminder says that WINBOT W2 encountered an obstruction, hold the compound cable tightly, pull WINBOT W2 back, and take it off.

1. Please hold the compound cable firmly, pull it against the surface horizontally with force to get the WINBOT W2 back to a reachable position.
2. Hold the handle of the WINBOT W2 tightly, press the start/pause button for 2 seconds to stop the fan, and then remove the WINBOT W2.
3. Restart the WINBOT W2, and if the voice reminder disappears, the WINBOT W2 can be used normally. Otherwise, please contact ECOVACS support for assistance.

Note:
1) People or animals are prohibited from standing directly below the WINBOT W2 usage area.
2) Do not place valuable or fragile items under the WINBOT W2 usage area.
