WINBOT does not spray water.How to deal with it?

1. Please check whether there is water or cleaning solution in the water tank,If not, please add.
2.Connect the power cord to the adapter and plug it in. Long press the start button, then attach to the window and pause the work.
3.Open the APP-enter device-settings-check if Auto Spray is turned on.
4.You can also click "Can't spray water? View Solution "Click on the front to spray water, and the back to spray water to observe.
