What should I do if the device is not charging or cannot be charged?

You can try the following steps:
1.First, disconnect the power cord of the pool robot, then unscrew the charging port cover on the side of the robot and unplug the power cord.
2.Wipe the electrode terminals of the charging port with a dry towel, then reconnect the power cord.
3.Try a different power outlet and reconnect the power to see if the indicator light turns on.
4.If the robot's indicator light shows a blue breathing light, it means the robot is charging,please wait patiently; you can check the battery level changes in the app. If the robot's indicator light does not turn on, please contact customer service.

Friendly Reminder: It is recommended to charge the robot in an environment of 6-35 ℃. Excessive or insufficient temperature may cause damage to the robot
