Why does the device not achieve the expected cleaning results?

When you notice that the robot's cleaning performance is not satisfactory, it may be due to the following reasons:
1.The filter basket may be clogged. It is recommended to clean it after each use to prevent debris from blocking the device and affecting performance. Replace the filter basket with a new one if necessary.
1).To clean the filter basket:
a.Press the button on the front of the robot to open the filter basket cover and remove the filter basket assembly.
b.Empty the debris from the filter basket.
c.If the 3 μm filter is installed, remove it, then thoroughly rinse the inner and outer filter baskets separaterly.
d.After cleaning, make sure to air-dry the filter mesh and filter basket before placing them back into the pool robot.
2.The impeller may be blocked. Put the robot into the water, observe whether bubbles and ripples will form on the water surface. If not, please check and clean the impeller. Before checking and cleaning the impeller, turn off the robot.
1).To clean the impeller, open the filter basket cover and remove the filter basket. Locate the snap fasteners on the impeller cover, pinch both sides to remove it, and check if the impeller is blocked by debris. Use a tool to remove the impeller. After cleaning out any debris, reinstall the impeller and its cover securely. Reinstall the filter basket and close the cover tightly.
3.If no debris is found in the impeller, try using a tool to rotate the impeller to see if it cannot turn. If it is stuck, or if the pump motor has been damaged due to water leakage in the Waterproof Chamber Assembly, please contact customer service for support and assistance.
4.The brush roller may be aging or damaged. Please inspect and replace the brush roller.
1).To replace the brush roller:
a.Turn off the robot.
b.Locate the silicone clips on the brush roller, release them one by one, and remove the brush roller.
c.Take the new roller brush and align the clips with the slots, then secure the roller brush onto the roller. Repeat the same steps to replace the other roller brush.
5.Please check if the robot's battery level is too low, which can reduce cleaning efficiency and effectiveness.
