Why doesn't the robot climb the wall?

1.Please ensure the robot is not in Floor-Only cleaning mode. Press the power button on the robot to switch cleaning modes.
2.Make sure the robot is fully charged, all three blue indicator lights are on.
3.The robot may be unable to climb due to the contact surface between the caterpillar tread and the wall is insufficiente. You may purchase and install climbing ring assembly if needed. For installation instructions:
a.Turn off the robot.
b.Remove the brush roller from the robot.
c.Wet the climbing ring until the sponge becomes soft and moist (demonstrate by squeezing the sponge with your hand).
d.Align the climbing ring with the slot, pinch the clips on both sides of the climbing ring, install it, and ensure it is properly seated. Then, take the matching roller brush rubber, align the silicone clips with the slot openings, and secure the new roller brush rubber to both sides of the climbing ring assembly
e.Rotate manually to ensure smooth operation, completing the installation.
4.A full filter basket or clogged filter may prevent the device from climbing walls. Please check and clean the filter basket：
a.Press the button on the front of the robot to open the filter basket cover and remove the filter basket assembly.
b.Empty the debris from the filter basket.
c.If the 3 μm filter is installed, remove it, then thoroughly rinse the inner and outer filter baskets separaterly.
d.After cleaning, make sure to air-dry the filter mesh and filter basket before placing them back into the pool robot.
5. The surface material of the wall does not match with the caterpillar tread, requiring the installation of an additional climbing ring on the front brush roller. For installation instructions:
a.Turn off the robot.
b.Remove the brush roller from the robot.
c.Wet the climbing ring until the sponge becomes soft and moist (demonstrate by squeezing the sponge with your hand).
d.Align the climbing ring with the slot, pinch the clips on both sides of the climbing ring, install it, and ensure it is properly seated. Then, take the matching roller brush rubber, align the silicone clips with the slot openings, and secure the new roller brush rubber to both sides of the climbing ring assembly
e.Rotate manually to ensure smooth operation, completing the installation.
6.If your swimming pool has not been used for a long time and is covered in algae or becomes very slippery. Please clean it with a brush or apply chemical substances to balance the water quality.
