Did GOAT get stuck more when using edge trimming?
Updated on 2026/01/28
(1) When boundaries contain numerous obstacles, this may interfere with GOAT's visual recognition. It is recommended to clear boundary obstacles before trimming along edges.
(2) If the boundary includes steps with a height between 5-7cm, the trimmer module may become stuck due to friction during operation. It is not recommended to set trim boundaries on such terrain.
(3) To achieve optimal trim results, GOAT will approach boundaries as closely as possible, increasing the risk of collisions with boundary obstacles at turns. It is recommended to slightly adjust the boundary map inward at corners during mapping.
