Real-time video cannot be opened or there is no picture

(1) Live video can be accessed via Bluetooth or WiFi, with the device automatically switching between modes. If live video fails to open, it may be due to poor WiFi signal. Check the ROBOT's WiFi connection status; the ROBOT must be in an area with strong WiFi signal to enable live video.
(2) No video feed may indicate the camera is obstructed. Remove any obstructions.
