Can the PIN code be modified? What should I do if I forget it?

1. The PIN code can be modified. Go to the APP [Settings] - [More Settings] - [Security Settings] - [Modify PIN Code] to change it; 2. If you forget your PIN code: 2.1 If the app is still linked to the GOAT: Go to the app's Settings > More Settings > Security Settings > Change PIN Code, then click Forgot PIN Code. Verify your ECOVACS HOME app account login password to reset the PIN code. 2.2 If the app is unlinked from the GOAT: Contact after-sales support to reset the PIN code.
