Why can't I connect to the network?

(1) Verify that the current Wi-Fi network is not operating on the 5 GHz band. If it is, switch to the 2.4 GHz network before proceeding with pairing.(2) Check if the Wi-Fi icon is illuminated on the GOAT display. Confirm sufficient Wi-Fi signal strength. If the Wi-Fi icon is absent, the GOAT has disconnected from the router. If the Wi-Fi icon is present but the connection fails, the router may be malfunctioning.
(2) During network setup, you must press and hold the "CHARGING" button on the machine's display until the on-screen countdown completes before proceeding with network configuration.
