Does the base station need to be paired with GOAT?

If your machine is an O LiDAR PRO, pairing is not required. The station and GOAT communicate simply via the charging contact pads, with no corresponding relationship.
If your machine is an A LiDAR PRO, pairing is required. 1.Under normal circumstances, the device and charging station are already paired at the factory, requiring no action. Once paired, the station and GOAT gain OTA (Over-The-Air) update capability.
2. To check pairing status: Go to the app's settings page, tap “Upgrade,” and view the station pairing status. If no pairing information is displayed, tap “Pair” and scan the QR code on the back of the charging station to manually pair them.
