Why does GOAT charge slowly?
Updated on 2026/01/28
1. Under normal conditions, the GOAT O1200 (O1000)/A1600 (A2000)/A3000 LiDAR PRO takes approximately 120/70/120 minutes to charge from 0% to 100%. While running, the device will automatically return to recharge when Low Battery drops below 15%. Once 80% charge is reached, it will resume mowing. Recharging from 20% to 80% takes approximately 70/50/70 minutes.
2. When battery temperature ≤8°C (14°F), the station switches to low-current charging for battery protection, extending charging time (full charge requires 3–5 hours).
3. Long-term use may cause battery aging, potentially increasing charging time.
If none of the above apply, contact Ecovacs after-sales service.
