Why is the GOAT charging so slowly?

Updated on 2024/04/15
(1) Under normal conditions, GX can charge from 0% to 100% in about 140 minutes. When power is less than 20%, the GOAT will automatically return to the docking station to charge. When power reaches 80%, the GOAT will automatically continue mowing. It charge from 20% to 80% in about 100 minutes.
(2) When the temperature of the docking station's battery is ≤8°C, the charging time will become longer as it switches to a low current charge (3–5 hours for a fully charged battery) to protect the battery.
(3) The battery ages after long-term use which may result in a longer charging time.
If none of the above scenarios apply, please contact ECOVACS customer service.
