Why can't GOAT be charged?

Updated on 2026/01/28
1. Ensure the station socket is powered, the GOAT is correctly positioned on the station, and verify that the station has blue light breathing and that the display shows ‘Charging.’
2. Attempt to push the GOAT back into the station. Wait for the station's blue light breathing and the battery icon on the display to flash.
3. Inspect the charging contacts for cleanliness. Copper corrosion may prevent charging.
4. When battery temperature is ≤0°C or ≥55°C, high/low temperature protection will activate, preventing charging. Wait until temperature returns to 3–55°C for normal operation (note: sensor readings may have slight inaccuracies).
