How to deal with the robot's inability to return to the station?
After your robot completes the cleaning task and washes the cleaning cloth, or when you manually click the "Return to Base Station" button, it will start searching for the station. During the search process, sometimes it may temporarily fail to reach the station for various reasons, or enter the station and then exit, which is actually part of the robot's normal charging process.
Therefore, if you see that the robot has not returned to the station temporarily, please do not worry. This does not mean that it cannot return. Only when the robot prompts information such as "base station not found or unable to return to the station" can we confirm that it has indeed encountered a problem.
After you understand, you can compare the following scenarios and make relevant attempts:
1. The robot cannot find the station. You can do the following:
Confirm the placement of the station, keep the ground in front of it open, and remove any obstacles
Has the station lost power or been moved by humans? If so, please connect the station to the power supply and put it back in place.
③ Whether the machine is trapped during the cleaning process, alarms, etc. If so, please assist in handling it.
Whether the ground of the station is uneven, if so, please place the station on a flat ground.
⑤ Check that the recharge route is blocked, and if the room door of the station is closed
⑥ If your machine is already connected to the network, you can check whether the map page of the APP displays the station icon. If it is not displayed, the return to the station of Dibao belongs to the exploration recharge, and the success rate of recharge is low. Please manually move Dibao back to the station to be charged, and then use it again after rebuilding the map.
2. After the robot finds the station, it cannot enter the station or exits automatically after entering. You can do the following:
Check if there are many water stains on the station tray and surrounding ground. If so, use a dry cloth to wipe the rechargeable tray and surrounding ground.
Check if the cloth bracket is installed properly. If so, please reinstall it
Check if the removable base of the robot and the black tray of the cleaning sink are installed properly. If not, please remove and reinstall them at the same time.
Check if the charging pole piece of the station is dirty. If so, clean the station motor piece and confirm that the press rebound is normal.
After completing the above operation, you can place the Deebot in front of the station. Short press the "return button" of the Deebot to observe whether it can return to the station. If it is effective, it means that the machine's function of returning to the station is normal. If it is invalid, please contact our after-sales service for processing.
