Is it dangerous to accidentally touch the electrodes on DEEBOT or the charging dock with my hand?

No, the output voltage and current of the electrodes on the charging dock are 20V and 1A, and are not harmful to humans.
However, you are advised not to let the electrodes get wet, as this may cause the charger to short circuit.
