Why does GOAT prompt that the machine is occupied when configuring the network?

If your device has already been paired by another user, it cannot support a second pairing.
(1) If a family member has paired the device, ask them to share access with you. The recipient will gain usage rights.
(2) If your device is paired by someone else, contact the paired user to unpair it (delete the device from their device list).
(3) Reset the device and try again.
