GOAT often encounters lag when mowing the lawn
Updated on 2026/01/28
(1) Before mowing, trim the lawn to below 10cm using a standard lawn mower.
(2) Before mowing, clear debris that could cause jams, such as large amounts of fallen leaves, stones, small toys, fruits, or strings.
(3) Inspect potential entrapment areas for small holes and fill them as needed.
(4) Mow when the lawn is dry (you can enable the rain sensor and set a delay). Wet grass increases the risk of entrapment.
(5) Designate areas prone to frequent entrapment as restricted zones. Later, manually control GOAT in remote mode to trim these areas during idle times.
