If the robot cannot return to the station, how should I handle it?

1. If the robot cannot locate the station, try the following:
① Verify the station's placement. Ensure the area in front of the station is free of obstacles; remove any obstructions if present.
② Check if the station is powered off or has been moved. If so, reconnect it to the power supply and place it back in its original position.
③ Check if the robot got stuck or triggered an alarm during cleaning. If so, assist the robot manually.
④ Check if the floor under the station is uneven. If so, place the station on a level surface.
⑤ Check if the robot's return route is blocked (e.g., a closed door in the room where the station is located).
⑥ If your device is connected to the network, check the app's map page for the station icon. If the icon is missing, the robot is attempting exploratory charging (which has a low success rate). Manually return the robot to the station for charging, then rebuild the map before using the robot again.
2. If the robot locates the station but cannot dock into it or exits automatically after docking, try the following:
① Check if the base or the surrounding floor has excessive moisture. If so, wipe the charging tray and the surrounding area with a dry cloth.
② Verify that the roller mop is installed properly. If not, reinstall the roller mop.
③ Verify that the base and mop washing tray are installed properly. If not, remove them and reinstall them.
④ Check if the charging contacts on the station are dirty. If so, clean the station's charging contacts and ensure they can be pressed down and spring back normally.
⑤ Check if the top rod of the station is in a raised position. If so, turn off the station, disconnect it from power, then reconnect and turn it on again (power cycle) and observe the result.
