Robot cannot cross thresholds/steps. How to handle?

1. Open the app > Enter > tap “Map” > tap “Threshold Ramp” > add a threshold ramp at the corresponding location.
2.Remove the top cover, switch the power button to “O”, take out the dirty water box, and turn the robot over.
3.Clean any dust or dirt on the drive wheels, and check whether there is any foreign object stuck around the blue climbing claws. If so, remove it promptly.
