How to use Winbot?

1.Open the product box, take out the robot and accessories in order, and remove all protective films and strips.
2.Before use, be sure to open the user manual and read the safety instructions carefully. 3. Take out the station and place it on the floor near the window to prevent the compound cable from being pulled. 4.Open the rear flip cover of the station, pull out the black power cable plug, align the battery pack interface with the black plug of the station, and connect them firmly. Place the connected battery pack smoothly into the corresponding groove of the station.
5. Open the rear flip cover of the station, take out the safety rope, and securely fasten it to a heavy object. (e.g., table leg, window rail) to prevent accidents., then close and snap the rear flip cover.
Tip: The carabiner has been pre-installed at the station; please do not remove it.
6.Press and hold the station’s power button for more than 2 seconds until the display lights up.
7.Remove the cap from the Water Filling Port at the top of the WINBOT, add an appropriate amount of Ecovacs WINBOT-specific Cleaning Solution to the water tank, and securely replace the cap. Tip: Avoid overfilling the tank to prevent spillage.
8.Take out the clean water tank and fill it with clean water. Tip: Do not add cleaning solution to the tank to prevent slipping.
9.Turn the robot over, pinch the clips on the sides of the wiping pad and lift it upward to remove it. Press the “Open Cleaning Compartment” button on the station, place the wiping pad into the compartment.. Then, close the door, select “Standard Wash”. After washing the wiping pad, take it out and ensure the wide and narrow edges correspond to the grooves on the driving wheels.
Tip: The pad and frame are an integrated design; the pad cannot be removed separately.
10.Before starting, wipe a small area slightly larger than the winbot on the glass. Press and hold the robot’s “Start” button for 2 seconds until you hear the fan start. Then attach the winbot to the glass, and it will begin the cleaning task.
Tip: It is recommended to place the winbot more than 10cm away from the edge of the window.
11.To pause the winbot, briefly press the “Start” button on the station. The robot will stop immediately and remain in place. Short press the“Start”button again to resume the cleaning task.
12.After cleaning,winbot will automatically return to its initial position, emit a sound prompt, and wait to be removed.
13.Press and hold the robot’s “Start” button for more than 2 seconds. After the fan stops, follow the sound prompt to remove the winbot from the glass.
Tip: When removing the robot, hold it firmly by the handle to prevent dropping.
1.The following scenarios are not recommended for using the winbot:
2.Glass with high humidity, grease, or in extremely cold/hot environments.
3.Glass that is too small or has an unusual shape.
4.Glass with an uneven surface.
5.Exterior windows that are too large.
6.Narrow spaces near the glass with similar height constraints.
