Reminder:
When using the WINBOT, if you encounter a low air pressure warning, please first check the window environment. Gaps or low obstacles on the window surface may lead to insufficient air pressure. If you need to clean glass surfaces with large gaps or many obstacles, we recommend using the ECOVACS HOME App to manually control the WINBOT.
If the issue is not caused by the environment, you may try the following steps:
1.Use the ECOVACS HOME App to remotely move the WINBOT to a position where it can be safely retrieved.
2.Firmly hold the handle of the WINBOT, then press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until the fan stops. Carefully remove the WINBOT.
3.First, remove the wiping pad assembly. Then press down on the red sealing foam to ensure it is properly seated. After confirming proper installation, reinstall the wiping pad assembly in its correct position.
4.After confirming everything is normal, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds again to restart the fan. Once successfully adhered to the surface, the WINBOT will start operation.
Tips:
To ensure optimal cleaning performance, it is recommended to replace each cleaning pad after it has been used for a cumulative total of 30 cycles. If you use two pads alternately, please replace them based on their actual condition.
Replace the pad immediately if any of the following occurs during cleaning:
Frequent "low air pressure" alerts
Visible wear, deformation, or damage on the pad surface
Noticeable decline in cleaning effectiveness
