What should I do if the WINBOT gets stuck at the edge and can't be removed?

1.Open the APP-enter device-click remote control-select the corresponding side and enter, remotely control the WINBBOT closer and then remove it.
2.If can't remotly controled, you can try this
①Disconnect power;
②Pull the power cord horizontally along the window with a little force, pull the WINBOT closer and then remove it.
3.Then wipe the drive threads, spherical sensors, and side rollers with a clean cloth, and re-attach the cloth and try again.
