Why is the GOAT charging so slowly?
Updated on 2025/02/17
(1) Under normal conditions, GOAT O500/O800/O1200 can charge from 0% to 100% in about 188/188/195 minutes. When power is less than 15%, the GOAT will automatically return to the docking station to charge. When power reaches 80%, the GOAT will automatically continue mowing. It charges from 20% to 80% in about 100/100/140 minutes.
(2) When the temperature of the docking station's battery is ≤8°C, the charging time will become longer as it switches to a low current charge (3–5 hours for a fully charged battery) to protect the battery.
(3) The battery ages after long-term use which may result in a longer charging time.
If none of the above scenarios apply, please contact ECOVACS customer service.
