Why isn't the robot avoiding obstacles?

1. Please check whether the obstacle avoidance sensor (located at the center of the front of the robot) is covered with dust. If so, gently wipe it with a dry paper towel.

2. Make sure that the ‘AIVI 3D’ switch in the DEEBOT settings is turned on.

Note: The robot may slow down and lightly touch black and thread-like objects.
