Robot Fails to Charge/Cannot Charge

Updated on 2026/01/22
Friendly Reminder:
If your robot fails to charge or power on, try the following steps:
1.First, make sure the household power outlet is working. Check that the power cable connector on the back of the station is firmly inserted, and that the station’s power plug is securely connected to the outlet. The front indicator on the station should light up.
2. Remove the cover of the ROBOT. Slide the Power Switch to the "I" position to confirm power-on. Press and hold the "Start Button" to have the robot automatically return to the station for docking and charging.
3. If the ROBOT fails to power on, manually dock it. When the auto button light flashes, charging is in progress. You can also check the charging status in the app; a lightning icon will appear during charging
4. If manual or automatic docking fails, follow these steps:
① Clean and wipe the charging contacts on the station to ensure proper contact.
② Clean and wipe the charging contacts on the robot's rear.
After completing the above steps, try docking again and observe whether charging starts. If the issue persists, contact after-sales customer service for assistance.
