If you encounter operational difficulties or slippage during use, follow these steps: 1. Remove the cover of the ROBOT, slide the Power Switch to "O" to turn it off, remove the ROBOT's dirty water box, then flip the robot over;
2. Press and rotate the Driving Wheels to remove any tangled debris;
3. Wipe the surface with a damp, wrung-out cloth or use a brush to remove dirt.
