ALERT: Roller Mop Tangled

1.Double-click the AUTO button on the ROBOT. The roller mop will automatically extend outward.
2. Press the release button on the inner side of the roller bracket with your finger, then gently pull the roller end cover outward; remove the roller mop. Apply slight force to pull out the Roller End Cover; clean the roller mop.
3. Remove the ROBOT's dirty water box and flip the machine upside down, placing it with the bottom facing upward.
4. Use a cleaning tool or flathead screwdriver to clean the roller cavity. After ensuring it is clean, rotate the roller cavity bearing to confirm it turns smoothly.
5. Reattach the Roller End Cover to the roller mop;
6. Align the roller mop with the roller motor and gently push it inward. A "click" sound indicates proper installation. The Roller End Cover should be flush with the top of the roller mounting bracket.
7. Double-click the AUTO button on the ROBOT to automatically retract the roller mop.
8. Reinstall the dirty water box into the station.
9. Restart the machine and observe. If the "Roller mop is tangled" error persists, contact Ecovacs after-sales service for assistance.
Tips:
1. Ensure the roller mop is damp. If it is dry, place the robot back to the base station and confirm successful docking, then restart the task and observe the result.
2. If the roller mop is heavily soiled with grease, we recommend manually cleaning it before reuse and observing the operation effect.
