How to deal with a robot that cannot be charged?

Updated on 2024/05/16
1. Please press and hold the AUTO button in the middle of the Deebot for 3 seconds until the white light of the AUTO button stays on continuously. Then, briefly press the back button, and the machine will automatically return to charging. If the robot cannot be turned on, you can manually connect it directly. Wait until the AUTO light flashes to indicate that the machine is charging successfully (when manually connecting, you can shake the machine left and right to confirm the successful connection).
2. Ensure that the station socket is powered, the Deebot is correctly placed on the station, and in the charging state, the AUTO light is breathing.
3. Please check the charging status of the Deebot in the APP; the charging status will be displayed with a lightning icon.
4. Please clean and test the charging poles of the station to confirm that the rebound is normal.
5. Please clean the electrode pads at the tail of the Deebot.
6. After cleaning, try charging again. If the problem persists, please contact Ecovacs customer service for assistance.
