How to deal with the situation where the robot missed scanning?

I. How to determine if the robot has missed scanning and what to do in such cases:
Definition of missed sweeping: When the robot performs sweeping and mopping tasks in automatic mode or area mode, if there's an area that hasn't been cleaned despite waiting for the machine's voice prompt to complete cleaning, it's considered missed sweeping.
II. If there's a missed scan, follow these steps:
A. Same region:
1. Confirm if the missed scanning area is within the same region.
2. Check if the Avoid Carpet mode is enabled in the Carpet Cleaning Strategy mode in the app. If enabled, cleaning may be abandoned if there's a carpet or mat at the door. Try changing the mode to Self-Adaptation Carpet mode.
3. Check for thick carpets, mats, or high thresholds at the entrance of the area. If the height or thickness exceeds 2cm, the machine may not attempt to pass and will give up cleaning the area. Tidy up the area if needed.
B. Different regions:
1. Avoid following the robot while it's working to prevent it from missing a scan due to obstacle avoidance.
2. If there are many items in the environment, tidy up and observe to avoid missing scans.
III. Low space or narrow spacing:
1. If low space or narrow spacing prevents entry and results in a missed sweep, consider the minimum height range of the flat ground that the machine can pass through, which is 12cm.
2. If the height of your furniture is between 10.4cm and 12cm, temporarily turn off TrueDetect 3D for use.
