How to deal with the water tank not coming out?

During the cleaning of the mop and self-cleaning process, the station does not produce clean water
1. Please check whether there are any scattered items falling between the clean water tank and the cleaning seat. If so, please clean and reposition the clean water tank to ensure that it is placed flat.
2. Please ensure that the clean water tank sealing plug on the cleaning seat is properly installed and tightly fitted.
3. Please open the clean water tank and check whether the filter element at the inlet is dirty or blocked. If so, it can be disassembled and rinsed with clean water. After cleaning, please make sure to put the filter element back in place and install it back into the clean water tank.
