The robot firmware version upgrade failed, how to deal with it?

Firmware cannot be upgraded
1. Check if the Deebot is charging
(Open the app to confirm that there is a lightning sign next to the battery icon or the white light of the robot AUTO button flashing, indicating that the machine is in a charging state)
2. Check the battery of Deebot. When the battery of Deebot is low or out of power, firmware upgrade cannot be performed. It is recommended to charge it for 3 hours before upgrading.

1. Please place the gem and base station in a location with good network (preferably near the router). If the network is not good at the location where the gem is located, there may be a download timeout that prevents the upgrade
2. Confirm that the robot and base station are successfully paired
If it is not paired, it will cause the upgrade to fail. You can try to re-pair the robot and base station, and then try to upgrade again after the pairing is successful.
