Did the cleaning work not automatically execute according to the scheduled time?
1. Check whether the Deebot is turned on; if it is not turned on, please turn on the Deebot.
2. Check whether "Do Not Disturb Mode" is turned on in the APP. If so, please turn off "Do Not Disturb Mode".
3. Open the APP to check the current battery level of Dibao; if the battery is low, do not perform the appointment task; please make sure the battery is sufficient before use.
4.APP set the appointment task; it may not be set or saved correctly; please reset the appointment task before use.
5. If the above methods are ineffective, please contact the after-sales service.
