One: the robot is disconnected from the station, please check/the station cannot control the robot
1. If the firmware has just been upgraded/the robot has been shut down and restarted, the robot needs time to respond when starting up, and a prompt for disconnection will appear. Please wait for 3 minutes before using the machine.
2. Confirm whether the distance between the robot and the station is too far. If it exceeds the usage distance, it is recommended to use the APP for operation.
3. If Dibao is next to the station and finds that the robot does not respond to the station command, what should be done?
In the app, go to "Settings" > Check if the station and Deebot are connected in the "Base Station Information" section
If it shows not connected, please pair the robot and base station again. The operation steps are as follows:
1. It is necessary to plug and unplug the station power supply and switch the robot power supply again
2. Place the treasure in the base-in-app, wait for about 10 seconds until the treasure is in the charging state (the AUTO key light will flash), and the station and the treasure will be successfully re-paired. Please try the operation again;
