Why have DEEBOT's lights and voice response both turned off?

DEEBOT is equipped with a Do Not Disturb mode. Check whether Do Not Disturb has been enabled for the current period of time (Cleaning Settings - Do Not Disturb). If it is not enabled, please contact our customer service department.
