Why can't I start Smart Cleaning after installing OZMO Pro reservoir?

(1) Before installation, make sure that contacts on the reservoir are dry.
(2) When the installation of OZMO Pro reservoir is successful, you will hear the voice prompt "OZMO Pro reservoir installed" to ensure that the installation is in place.
