What if I experience significant lag when using the remote control?

a) There will be a lag between the actual movements and the video feed depending on the range of your home network. A 1–2 second lag is normal. In extreme cases, the lag could be 6–7 seconds.
b) The robot may have moved to an area with a weak WiFi signal. It will function normally when it returns to an area with a strong signal.
c) For the best results, stay on top of the latest firmware updates and upgrade your unit via the ECOVACS Home App in a timely manner.
