Why does the roller brush stop rotating after DEEBOT has been in use for a while?

Firstly, please check if there is anything blocking or tangling in the installation part of the main brush assembly.
Remove the main brush assembly from the unit, clean it with the small cleaning tool, then rinse it under the tap , and make it dry before installation.
