When I click "Forgot password", I don't receive an authentication email.

● Please double-check your email inbox to see whether an email with the sender name “ECOVACS Robotics” has been sent to your junk email folder. If it has, please add ECOVACS Robotics to your list of trusted contacts.
● If you are still unable to find your authentication email and it is not in your junk email folder, please contact Ecovacs Customer Service to resolve this problem. As our email still doesn’t cover 100% of domain names, we will continue to add email addresses to Ecovacs’ whitelist a few small groups at a time.
