Make sure your DEEBOT is on.
Updated on 2020/07/15
While there is a power button on top of your DEEBOT, there is a master on/off switch on the bottom of your robot (newer ones have them on the side).
The master on/off switch needs to be ON to charge, to remember its schedule, to use the remote, and to clean. The switch can be a tad confusing. The "|" is ON... the "O" is OFF. Just leave it ON, and your DEEBOT will be happy.
And don't worry, after DEEBOT’s batteries are fully charged, the battery management system will reduce electricity to a trickle charge and DEEBOT will not be overcharged.
We recommend keeping DEEBOT powered ON and on the Charging Dock so it is ready to clean at any time.
