I moved the GOAT far away, why didn't it trigger the ”GOAT alarms when it goes beyond the station's signal coverage“?

(1) Please confirm whether GOAT alarms when it goes beyond the station's signal coverage" is turned on in "Settings" - "More Settings" - "Security Settings"
(2) The GPS positioning accuracy deviation of GOAT is 50 meters. When GOAT is far away from the courtyard (150m250m), the alarm will be automatically triggered.
