Why does the robot often get stuck when mowing?

Updated on 2024/03/20
(1) We recommend that you use a normal mower to trim your lawn to lower than 10 cm before the robot starts mowing.
(2) We recommend that you remove from the lawn any items that may trap the robot before the robot starts mowing, such as piles of leaves, stones, toys, fruits, loose wires, etc.
(3) Please check the locations where the robot gets stuck for small holes. Fill any small holes you find.
(4) Please try to mow the lawn when it is dry, as wet lawns are likely to trap the robot (you can turn on the rain sensor and set up a delay)
(5) You can set areas where the robot often gets stuck as restricted areas. You can then manually control the GOAT to mow these areas.
